Debbie became the owner and service provider at Collegeville Speech and Hearing in July 2004 following the retirement of Judith W. Cooke, who opened the practice in 1992. Debbie has a license and certification to practice both audiology and speech-language pathology. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Audiology from Bloomsburg University and a Master of Art degree in Speech-Language Pathology from West Chester University. Debbie is currently completing a dissertation for an Audiology doctoral degree. She has worked in a variety of settings include: educational agencies, physician offices and private practice. She has expertise in the area of childhood speech and language development including areas of articulation, apraxia, oral motor planning, expressive/receptive language and auditory processing. Other areas of interest include audiological testing, hearing aid fitting, assistive listening technology, fluency therapy and voice therapy.

Susan has been employed as a clinical speech-language pathologist at Collegeville Speech and Hearing since November 2006. Susan has been practicing speech-language pathology since 1981, when she received her Master of Art degree from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked in a variety of settings, but has extensive experience with neurologically impaired individuals, with specialties in stroke and traumatic brain injury. She has provided services including cognitive rehabilitation, eating and swallowing therapy, verbal apraxia, dysarthria, oral motor planning, articulation, expressive and receptive language. Susan works with both adults and children.
Susan is licensed and certified to practice speech-language pathology and is a member of the following organizations:
Sue has been employed as the office manager of Collegeville Speech and Hearing since March 2004. She specializes in insurance claims/billing, benefits and accounting. She is a graduate of McCann School of Business in Reading, PA. Sue is very active in the Pottstown community.
Karen has been employed as the administrative assistant at Collegeville Speech and Hearing since October 2005. She is vital in determining insurance benefits, scheduling, and general office operations. Prior to joining our office, she was employed by Perkiomen Valley School District as a Title I aide and as a first grade teacher for the Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) through St. Eleanor’s Catholic Church in Collegeville.
